MSS being unable to work and maintain active registration, if the expiration date is set to later than the year 2031.
This issue is due to a bug on the client. The client breaks the registration when it receives an expiration date, during the registration process or an update pull (if the expiration date has been changed to beyond 2031).
Ensure that all the expiration dates on the MSG for the devices are set to less than 2031. There are two locations, in which you can alter the expiration date in the default MSG. Refer to the following images:
