Router reboot clears Dynamic db.

Dynamic db is not persistent across reboot. Router reboot clears dynamic db.
Dynamic db is not persistent across reboot. It is a expected behaviour.

Can be verified by configuring just a prefix-list under [edit dynamic] and did a router reload.
