The FPCLOGIN_IP_ADDRESS_GET_FAILURE message is logged each time the fpclogin module fails to get the IP address of the physical interface module.
When the fpclogin module fails to get the IP address of the physical interface module, the system will log a syslog message that will look similar to the following:
FPCLOGIN_IP_ADDRESS_GET_FAILURE: failed to get the TGM's IP address for slot 1
The cause may be due to an internal software error.
Examine the following output to help determine the cause of this message:
show log messages
Look for any related events that occurred at or just before the FPCLOGIN_IP_ADDRESS_GET_FAILURE message.
