CHASSISD_FASIC_HSL_LINK_ERROR
This article explains what can happen to a Services Processing Card (SPC) when there’s a power glitch.
An SPC was taken offline and reset, with the log below appearing in the Message log:
Apr 19 14:14:55.141 2014 SRX5800 chassisd[1174]: %DAEMON-3-CHASSISD_FASIC_HSL_LINK_ERROR: Fchip (CB 0, ID 0): link 56 failed because of crc errors Apr 19 14:14:55.141 2014 SRX5800 chassisd[1174]: %DAEMON-3: Link failure happened for DPC6 PFE0 Apr 19 14:14:55.141 2014 SRX5800 chassisd[1174]: %DAEMON-3-CHASSISD_FASIC_HSL_LINK_ERROR: Fchip (CB 0, ID 0): link 57 failed because of crc errors Apr 19 14:14:55.141 2014 SRX5800 chassisd[1174]: %DAEMON-3: Link failure happened for DPC6 PFE1
This situation may have occurred due to a power glitch in a power source. Depending on the magnitude of the glitch, multiple Flexible PIC Concentrators (FPCs) could be impacted.
In addition, the log below appeared in the Chassis log. Note that “bad voltage” means the power voltage is not within the normal range.

If CHASSISD_FASIC_HSL_LINK_ERROR appears multiple times and there is no sign of a power source issue, the problem may be with the hardware in the SPC.
