jnxVpnIfDown SNMP Traps are seen on Qfabric during interface flap

jnxVpnIfDown traps whenever any physical layer 2 interface or the RVI interface flap on a QFX Series node which is part of Q fabric Setup.

jnxVpnIfDown SNMP Trap are sent every time a physical interface or a RVI interface goes down on a Qfabric.
jnxVpnIfUp SNMP Trap are sent every time a physical interface or a RVI interface comes up on a Qfabric.
Importanly both jnxvpnifdown and jnxvpnifUp traps are accompanied with snmp link down and link up traps.

Here are the OID for there traps :

jnxVpnIfDown = 1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.26.0.2
jnxVpnIfUp = 1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.26.0.1

As illustrated below when the interface xe-0/0/5 went down on a Qfabric – a trap is generated to report the interfaces link-down situation followed by another trap reporting “jnxvpnifdown”.
