Dashboard not logging the inbound SMS messages

This article describes the issue of the dashboard not logging the inbound SMS messages.

The dashboard automatically adjusts the time stamp of incoming SMS messages for users affected by network/Android bugs on Rogers, Fido, Sprint, and so on. It is not logging inbound SMS messages for Android devices.

1.Go to the following link on your device or browser and download the SMS Time Fix app:
2.Install the SMS Time Fix app.
3.Open the app and click OK.
4.Under Status, select the Active check box.
5.Under Actions, select Add Time Zone ( ).
6.Under Offset Hours, type the same number that is used for the Time Zone.
